Aktuell ist das Zimmer bis auf ein Bett mit Lattenrost leer geräumt und kann sofort bezogen werden.
Fernsehanschluss vorhanden.

Vor und neben dem Haus befinden sich direkt eine Bushaltestelle und S-Bahn.
Alle nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Umkreis von wenigen hundert Metern fußläufig zu erreichen.
Weitere Vorteile sind die Nähe zum Fußballstadion und die super Pizzeria ums Eck.

Hallo Zusammen,
ich bin seit November in der Wohnung und habe festgestellt, dass sie für eine Person zu groß ist.
In der Zwischenzeit habe ich mich hier schon etwas eingelebt und dabei schon eine Küche eingebaut.
Gesucht ist nicht nur ein Mitbewohner, der sich in seinem Zimmer einsperrt, sondern auch mal gemeinsam kocht und mit dem/der man sich einfach versteht.

Bevorzugt werden Studenten gesucht.
Aktuell bin ich Hauptmieter und habe mit dem Vermieter abgeklärt, dass ich aus der Wohnung eine WG mache. Der Preis setzt sich aus der gesamten Warmmiete für Zwei Personen inkl. allen Nebenkosten wie Strom und WLAN zusammen.
