In unserer WG wird zu Mitte März ein Zimmer frei, wobei ein späterer Einzug ebenfalls noch möglich ist.
Das Zimmer ist 12 qm groß und leicht rechteckig geschnitten. Es liegt im vordersten Teil der Wohnung und ist somit recht ruhig und abgelegen. An der Westseite befindet sich das große Fenster von dem aus man einen tollen Ausblick über die Hustadt und die Wittener Felder hat.
Der Boden ist mit einem Parkett ausgelegt und gegen einen Abschlag kann man einige Möbel gleich mit dazu bekommen, wenn man mag.
Die Miete von 225€ deckt alle Nebenkosten, Strom, sowie das Internet und anfallende Rundfunkgebühren.

Sollte es Dir in Deinem Zimmer doch einmal zu einsam werden, haben wir noch ein bequemes, großes Wohnzimmer mit Ecksofa, Tisch und Zugang zu unserem, besonders im baldigen Frühling sehr einladenden und sonnigen Balkon.
Wir eine tolle Aussicht und natürlich auch einen Aufzug im Haus.

Unsere Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm ist unsere Spülmaschine und der große Kühlschrank inkl. Tiefkühltruhe.
Darüberhinaus verfügen wir über ein größeres Bad mit Badewanne und Toilette sowie ein zusätzliches, separates Gäste-WC.

Außerdem gehört zur Wohnung ein eigenes Kellerabteil, ein Fahrradkeller, den das ganze Haus mitbenutzt
sowie eine Waschmaschine mit großem Trockenraum.

Zu Fuß zur Uni braucht man maximal 15 Minuten und auch die zwei U-35 Haltestellen „Hustadt“ und „Lennershof“ sind ganz in der Nähe und ermöglichen es einem somit schnell und flexibel durch ganz Bochum zu kommen.
Mit dem Bus, welcher direkt gegenüber vom Haus abfährt, ist man in 4 Minuten an der RUB und am UNI-Center mit all seinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und in die andere Busrichtung ist man in 5 Minuten an der Fachhochschule, den I-Gebäuden der RUB und dem schönen Botanischen Garten.

Bei uns um die Ecke haben wir zudem eine Sparkassenfiliale, einen Friseur, diverse Ärzte, Möglichkeiten auswährts zu Essen, einen Kiosk wenn man Sonntags mal keine Milch mehr hat und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Vorm Haus befindet sich ebenfalls ein Sportplatz mit einer Tischtennisplatte, Stangen zum Turnen und reichlich Platz. Der Ümminger See und unser Wald, direkt gegenüber vom Haus laden zum entspannten Spazieren gehen, Fahrrad fahren oder Joggen ein.
