Wir vermieten unser drittes WG Zimmer befristet an liebe Mitbewohner auf Zeit.
Die Vermietung kann monateweise oder auch wochenweise erfolgen. Auch kürzere Zeiträume sind nach Absprache möglich, frag uns einfach :)

Das Zimmer ist ca. 14qm groß und voll möbliert. Es befindet sich ein selbstgebautes großes Hochbett im Zimmer, sodass noch genug Raum bleibt für Sofa, Schrank und Schreibtisch. Das Zimmer ist zur Rechener Straße hin gelegen und bietet direkten Blick auf den Hbf Bochum. Nachts kann die elektrische Jalousie heruntergelassen werden.
Wir haben das Zimmer in grün und braun eingerichtet, wir finden es skandinavisch - gemütlich :)

Zur Wohnung gehören unser großes Wohnzimmer, eine große moderne Küche, ein geräumiger Flur, ein Gäste-WC, ein großes saniertes Badezimmer mit Balkon und unsere beiden Schlafzimmer.
Nach Absprache können die meisten Räume und unsere Geräte etc genutzt werden.

We are renting out our third room in a shared flat on a temporary basis to lovely flatmates.
The room can be rented on a monthly or weekly basis. Shorter periods are also possible by arrangement, just ask us :)

The room is approx. 14 square metres in size and fully furnished. There is a self-built large bunk bed in the room, so there is still enough space for a sofa, wardrobe and desk. The room faces Rechener Straße and offers a direct view of Bochum railway station. The electric blinds can be lowered at night.
We have decorated the room in green and brown, we find it Scandinavian - cosy :)

The flat includes our large living room, a large modern kitchen, a spacious hallway, a guest toilet, a large renovated bathroom with balcony and our two bedrooms.
Most of the rooms and our appliances etc. can be used by arrangement.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral am Südring in Bochum Innenstadt. Von hier aus kommt man in 2 Minuten zum Hbf und damit zu allen möglichen Nah- und Fernverkehranbindungen. Es sind zwei Minuten zum Bermuda Dreieck sowie in die Innenstadt. Mehrere Supermärkte sind in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar, viele Restaurants sind durch die Innenstadtlage alle möglichen Einzelhandelgeschäfte ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

The flat is very centrally located on the Südring in Bochum city centre. From here you can get to the main railway station in 2 minutes and thus to all possible local and long-distance transport connections. It is two minutes to the Bermuda Dreieck and the city centre. Several supermarkets can be reached in approx. 5 minutes, many restaurants and all kinds of retail outlets can also be reached in a few minutes thanks to the city centre location.

In unserer geliebten Wohnung leben Lisa (31) und ich, Carrie (30) seit Mitte 2023. Wir haben ganz viel Zeit in Renovierung und Gestaltung der sanierten Altbauwohnung investiert und fühlen uns total wohl. Wir kennen uns schon sehr gut und leben gerne zusammen, kochen und spielen gerne Spiele, schauen Filme und Serien oder gestalten unsere Wohnung weiter. Wir malen beide auch sehr gerne, gehen gerne ins Theater oder Kino und sind generell zu vielen Dingen zu begeistern. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, dir bei Bedarf auch gerne die Stadt etwas zu zeigen.

Lisa (31) and I, Carrie (30), have been living in our beloved flat since mid-2023. We've invested a lot of time in renovating and decorating the refurbished old flat and feel totally at home. We already know each other very well and enjoy living together, cooking and playing games, watching films and series or decorating our flat. We both love to paint, go to the theatre or cinema and are generally enthusiastic about many things. We can very well imagine showing you around the city if required.
