I am renting out a cosy room in my beautiful apartment on a short term or temporary base. If you need a place to stay for a short period of time eg while waiting or searching for a permanent place to stay get in touch with me. In particular, Internationals, PhDs, PostDocs are welcome (women only) :).The room is fully furnished/equipped and the dates of stay can be discussed. Ideal occasion for someone who stays in Bochum, temporarily :) Shorttime stays from a few days up to a couple of weeks are preferred from my side.

Ein gemütliches Zimmer in meiner Wohnung im Griesenbruch in Bochum ist aktuell zur Zwischenmiete frei (für NR, weibliche Personen). Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet.
Ideal für eine Person, die sich temporär in Bochum aufhält (Job oder Studium) oder neue Bleibe in Bochum und Umgebung sucht und deshalb eine Zwischenlösung benötigt. Der Zeitraum der Zwischenmiete ist flexibel von wenigen Tagen bis zu mehreren Wochen und kann besprochen werden :)

Anmeldung/Registrierung in der Stadt Bochum sind nicht möglich.
The apartment is centrally located in Bochum, between city hall and Westpark. The main station and the city centre are just a walk away (10 min), as well as several options of public transport (5min).
The line U35 to Ruhr-University is reachable by a 10 min walk
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Bochum, zwischen Rathaus und Westpark. Der Hbf und die Innenstadt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Verschiedene Linien (U-Bahn und Bus) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (5 min). Auch die Haltestelle der U35 in Richtung der Ruhr-UNiversität liegt fußläufig und ist ca 10min entfernt.
I am a student in Meds, holding a PhD in biomedicine and working in arts, additionally...very busy life :). Open-minded and chilled, though.
Due to studying/working schedules I am spending a lot of time abroad. So I am subletting a furnished room in my apartment to a female (who stays temporary in Bochum or is waiting/looking for a permanent place). Also short term stay is possible. Period of stay can be discussed.
Getting along well, enjoying some WG-moments, cleanliness and respecting the other persons personal space are important to me :)
