In our WG, a room is free as of May 1st.
If you come in to the apartment door and turn left, you'll come to the first room where Omid will live. There is also the bathroom. Daneben befindet sich Zimmer Nr.3 (etwa 16 m²), das frei wird. Dies liegt nach hinten raus und schaut auf den ruhigen Innenhof. Am Ende ist der kleine aber feine Balkon.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 4. Etage, was den Vorteil bietet, dass über dir keiner mehr wohnt.
Die Wohnung hat einen Kellerraum, Waschmaschine und Trockner, und eine vollausgestattete Küche mit - ganz wichtig - einer Spülmaschine. Dafür wird eine kleine Abschlagszahlung fällig.
Die Kosten für das Zimmer waren bisher etwa 400€. Da John die Wohnung jetzt von meiner Mitbewohnerin übernimmt und die Verträge neu aufsetzen muss, kann es sein, dass die Preise sich noch etwas verändern. Diese Preise verstehen sich "all inclusive", also Miete, Strom, Gas, Internet, GEZ etc. mit dabei.

Unsere Vorstellung ist kommunikativ und unterstütztend, aber auch Privatsphäre schützend, respektvoll und entspannt. Es soll keine Party WG werden, aber auch auf der anderen Seite keine Zweck WG, da wir trotzdem an einem lebhaften miteinander interessiert sind, nach dem Motto Alles kann, nichts muss.
