Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stockwerk des Studentenwohnheims Siepenfeld.
Die WG ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der U35 entfernt, ebenso einige Gehminuten entfernt von der Bushaltestelle Markstraße und Aldi. Zur Ruhr Universität sind es mit der U-Bahn nur 2 Stationen.
In der Innenstadt ist man mit der U-Bahn auch in ca. 10 Minuten.

wir suchen eine kommunikative offene Mitbewohnerin, die Freude am gemeinsamen WG- Leben hat. Wir unternehmen gerne was und sitzen abends auch mal mit einem Weinchen zusammen. :)
Wir sind für jeden Spaß zu haben und legen viel Wert auf ein gemeinsames Miteinander.
Jedoch respektieren wir es auch, wenn mal einer seine Ruhe haben will.
