Eine große Fensterfront sorgt für Lichtdurchflutung, lässt sich aber auch komplett abdunkeln mit Rolläden.
Deutschkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich, solange du ein verständliches Englisch sprichst. Ein Mitbewohner kann nur englisch und einer Deutsch und englisch. Es ist in keiner weiße verlangt in der WG sozial zu sein aber die Mitbewohner sind dem auch nicht abgeneigt :)
Der Haushalt wird auf gegenseitigem Respekt geführt, man hinterlässt einfach nichts so, wie man es nicht vorfinden will.
Die Wg ist mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet, sodass es zu keinem Wäsche oder Geschirrstau kommt :)
Das Zimmer ist gepflegt und weist keine groben Mängel auf. Die Terrasse bietet viel Platz und ist überdacht bis zur Mitte.
Online Besichtigungen sind natürlich möglich.
Bei Interesse kann ich auch gerne noch aktuelle Fotos bereitstellen.
Der Vermieter ist sehr lieb und kümmert sich schnell, falls Probleme aufkommen sollten.
Er wird sich dann auch mit dir in Verbindung setzten, bezüglich der benötigten Unterlagen.

It is rented furnished.
A large window front provides light, but can also be completely darkened with shutters.
German language skills are not required as long as you speak understandable English. One roommate only speaks English and one speaks German and English. It is not required to be social in the flat share, but the flatmates are not averse to that either :)
The household is run with mutual respect, you simply don't leave anything as you wouldn't want to find it.
The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, so there's no laundry or dish jam :)
The room is well maintained and has no major defects. The terrace offers a lot of space and is covered up to the middle.
Online viewings are of course possible.

The landlord is very kind and will deal with any problems quickly.
He will also get in touch with you regarding the required documents.
