Ab dem 01. Juli wird ein ca. 16qm großes Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Flur, mit Esstisch, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC sowie zwei Abstellräume und eine kleine Terrasse. Das Zimmer kostet 300KM dazu kommen noch 90€ Nebenkosten (inklusive Internet & Fernsehanschluss)
Über der Wohnung ist noch eine 2er WG, die aber einen extra Eingang hat.
Sehr wichtig ist noch zu wissen, dass in der Wohnung 1 mittelgroßer Hund wohnt. Deshalb ist es entscheidend, dass der bzw. die zukünftige Mietbewohner/in hundefreundlich ist.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Goethestraße in Dagersheim. Der Bus hält fast vor der Haustür und fährt nach Sindelfingen oder Böblingen, wo ein Anschluss ans S-Bahn Netz (S1) besteht.
Daimler ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt
Ich bin 24 Jahre alt, studiere im 1. Mastersemester in Stuttgart. Mit in der Wohnung wohnt noch Emmy eine wohlerzogene Mischlingshündin.
