On Via S, Stefano you can find everything you need: bars, groceries. ice-cream shops, bekeries, etc. The Famous "Two Towers" and Piazza Maggiore are 20 minutes on food.
I am the owner, I occupy two rooms and have a personal bathroom. There are 3 more rooms occupied by students and one more bathroom.
