I am looking for somebody who need the room at least for one year.
The Apartment is to be shared with an Italian girl. The room is a beautiful and spacious double bedroom for single use, with all comforts: double bed, desk, wardrobe and bedside tables. The room is bright, silent (there are double glazing in the window). The room is spacious and comfortable. The house is equipped with kitchen and living room with sofa, table with chairs and furniture. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building located in via Ferrarese, Bologna. The neighborhood is quiet.
The guest will have to add the costs of the bills, which will be received more or less every two months and the guest will have to give the money in time to pay the amount before the expiry date.
Two monthly rents are requested because the guest will be responsible for any damage will occurred to the forniture of the guest room and after the leaving day the deposit, will use to pay the bills according to the period of the guest permanence, which will be arrived till few months after (e.g. water, electricity) . I will send back the money which will be the rest thought the way we will decide.
There will be the opportunity of a regular contract, which can be use for personal use such as scholarship or other personal financial needs. There will be the contract’s registrations costs that have to be face only once at the beginning.

Gibt es auch die Möglichkeit dein Fahrrad in einem privaten geschlossenen Hof zu lassen. Eventuelle Keller verfügbar.
In der Nähe gibt es auch ein Zeitungskiosk und ein Tabakladen.
Ich bin ein ruhiges Mädchen. Ich möchte gern dieser Raum mit einem Mädchen, das vor der geneinsame Raum respektiert ist und das ist ruhig und taktvoll.

La camera è una bellissima ed ampia camera matrimoniale ad uso singola, con tutti i confort: letto matrimoniale, scrivania, armadio e comodini. La camera è luminosa, silenziosa (ci sono i doppi vetri nelle finestre). La camera è spaziosa e confortevole. La casa è dotata di cucina e sala con divano, tavolo con sedie e mobili. L’appartamento si trova al primo piano di un edificio che si trova in via Ferrarese, a Bologna. Il quartiere è tranquillo.
La camera è in appartamento che si trova a 1,2km dalla stazione dei treni (raggiungibile in 12 minuti a piedi), a 1,3km dall’autostazione (raggiungibile in 14 minuti a piedi), a 5minuti dalla zona Fiera di Bologna.

La casa è dotata di riscaldamento autonomo, di frigorifero, di aria condizionata, di freezer e di fornelli nello spazio comune, che vengono messi a disposizione della coinquilina.
La casa è dotata di un bagno con doccia e lavatrice che vengono condivisi. La sala è dotata di balcone.
Non si fuma in casa. Non si fanno feste in casa. Contattarmi solo se interessati davvero. Desidero condividere questo spazio con una persona rispettosa dello spazio comune, tranquilla e discreta. Due mensilità di caparra.
La caparra verrà utilizzata per coprire eventuali danno che occorreranno ai mobili della camera. l’ospite Ne sarà responsabile. La caparra verrà trattenuta alla fine della peromanenza al fine di coprire le bollette che verranno ricevute relative al periodo di permanenza dell’ospite. Nell’arco di alcuni mesi verranno ricevute tutte le ultime bollette relative a quel periodo e la differenza verrà inviata all’ospite (ad esempio via moneytrans).
Sara possibile avere il contratto di locazione da usare per eventuali borse di studio o per motivi fiscali personali. È presente il costo di registrazione che sarà necessario affrontare solo una volta ed all’inizio.
