A BED for a girl in a double room for rent in a VERY BIG apartment with a PRIVATE BATHROOM in the double room:
The room is available from 15th July. but very FLEXIBLE date! we can talk
The room is located at Viale Aldini, 10 min walk to Piazza Maggiore; 15 min walk to via Zamboni. Good connections with busses.
The room is furnished with everything you will need, and the roommates are very very sweet. I always felt very good and welcome here It was very fun!
The apartment has 2 double rooms, 2 single rooms, a very BIG common living room, a confortable kitchen and 3 (!) bathrooms. Besides that it has the most beautiful view (the apartment is on 6th floor). You can see the old city of Bologna, it is BREATHTAKING!
The price is 270 Euros for each person in the double room. One girl will live there, she is from Australia/ Erasmus. We are very open for Erasmus or Italian students!!

Affitto a partire da Luglio un POSTO LETTO a ragazza in ampia e luminosa doppia con BAGNO PRIVATO.
L’appartamento si trova alla fine di Viale Aldini(Piazza di Porta San Mamolo), a 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore e 15 minuti da via Zamboni; le linee 33 e 32 del bus passano sotto casa.
L’appartamento e´composto da due bagni, un’altra doppia e 2 singole, per un totale di 6 coinquilini, tutti molto simpatici! La cucina e´spaziosa e fornita di tutto (frigo grande, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie) e il salotto e´ancora piu´spazioso, con una splendida vista di tutta bologna! ovviamente c’e´la connesssione a internet wi-fi!
L’affitto e´di 270 euro per posto letto, spese condominiali incluse.
