*For any information, please contact us or send a message in English, as it is the language we use in the WG. Thank you! 😊
The room is on the first floor of the WG and has a cozy atmosphere due to its slightly dim lighting and attic-style design. It features a window facing Prinz-Albert-Straße, providing a charming street view. However, streetcar line 62 runs along this street (mainly during the day), but with the window closed, you shouldn’t have a problem with the noise.
You have a full bathroom that you will share with the other person living on the first floor.
The apartment definitely impresses with its charm... A huge plus is our beautiful roof terrace, which invites you to drink coffee, celebrate birthdays, have parties, read, smoke, etc. from spring to fall. We also have a living room, which is particularly popular in winter.
* I am offering the room with bassic forniture like a desk and a well conserved bed with its matrace and a wardrobe.
The main train station is a 5-minute walk away, which is perfect for commuters to Cologne, for example. The Rewe, Edeka, DM and bakery can also be reached in 5 minutes. The train stop for the 61 and 62 is just around the corner. You can also quickly reach the Rhine, the old town, etc by foot or with the public transport.
We are a multicultural shared apartment that values diversity. Since we are either working or studying, it is important for us to maintain a relaxed and respectful atmosphere. We are not a purpose WG, but everyone is free to decide how much they want to engage in WG life. But of course, we always appreciate shared moments, like having coffee together or going out. *Mutual respect and a reasonable level of cleanliness are important to us.
Your future flatmates are Diego, Barbara and a new comer (we have two rooms free in the WG).
Diego (34) comes from Brazil and he is doing his PhD at university of Bonn. He buries himself in his books and documents during the day and works a lot from his room. In the evenings, he can often be seen riding his bike, cooking, spending time with friends, partying and, of course, enjoying life. Diego has successfully transformed his room into a tropical greenhouse. Reliable plant caretaker when you're on vacation :)
Barbara (30) also comes from Brazil and she is working for DHL. She does home-office some days and some days she goes to the office. In the evenings and weekends she likes to gather with friends and enjoy life. You can always talk about everything with her as she is very friendly.
As we had to buy a new fridge + washing machine recently, there is an extra cost of 200 euros
