Die Wohnung ist in zwei Etagen aufgeteilt. Im EG befinden sich Küche, Bad und ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer. Von der Küche aus gelangt man auf die Terrasse und in den Garten, wo sich die warmen Tage wunderbar genießen lassen. Im 1. OG befinden sich die WG-Zimmer und ein zweites Bad. Auch Kellerräume gehören zur WG.
Außerdem erwarten dich zwei sympathische Mitbewohnis und ein kleiner Hund.
The flat is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom and a spacious living room. From the kitchen you can access the terrace and the garden, where you can enjoy the warm days wonderfully. On the 1st floor are the shared rooms and a second bathroom. Cellar rooms also belong to the flat share.
Two friendly flatmates and a small dog also await you.

Die WG befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Beuel Mitte, nahe zum Konrad-Adenauer-Platz sowie zum Rhein. Wenn der Garten dir nicht reicht, braucht es nur fünf Gehminuten zum Beueler Rheinufer, die S-Bahn und Busse sind vier Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dem Rad bist du auch super schnell über die Brücke in Bonn und in der Uni, Innenstadt etc.
Diverse Supermärkte, Bäckereien und ein Fairteiler sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.
The shared flat is located in a quiet side street in Beuel Mitte, close to Konrad-Adenauer-Platz and the Rhine. If the garden isn't enough for you, it's only a five-minute walk to the banks of the Rhine in Beuel, and the S-Bahn and buses are a four-minute walk away. You can also get to Bonn and the university, city centre etc. very quickly by bike over the bridge.
Various supermarkets, bakeries and a Fairteiler are also within walking distance.

Wir suchen eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere gemeinschaftliche WG. Wir sind eine 3-er WG – plus Hund – und wünschen uns eine Person, die Lust auf ein echtes Miteinander hat.
Unsere WG ist ein Zuhause, kein anonymer Wohnort. Wir möchten wissen, was bei den anderen los ist, aufeinander achten und den Alltag miteinander teilen. Das bedeutet für uns, gemeinsam zu essen, zu quatschen, mal zusammen loszuziehen oder einfach einen entspannten Abend mit Brettspielen im Wohnzimmer zu verbringen. Füreinander da sein, ohne Zwang, aber mit echtem Interesse.
Wir ernähren uns vegetarisch bis vegan und teilen unser Essen – nicht nur, weil es praktischer ist, sondern weil wir Freude daran haben, füreinander zu kochen. Einmal pro Woche bekommen wir einen Solawi-Anteil mit frischem Gemüse.
Lucky ist ein älterer, entspannter Hund und ein fester Teil unserer WG. Seine Hauptbezugsperson kümmert sich um ihn, aber es wäre toll, wenn du Hunde magst und dir vorstellen kannst, ihn ab und zu zu betreuen.
Nazis, Sexismus und der ganze Mist haben bei uns keinen Platz. Wir wünschen uns eine Person mit einer links-progressiven Haltung, die Lust hat, sich aktiv in unser gemeinsames Zuhause einzubringen.

We are looking for a new flatmate for our shared flat. We are a 3-person flat share - plus dog - and are looking for someone who wants to live together.
Our flat share is a home, not an anonymous place to live. We want to know what's going on with the others, look out for each other and share everyday life together. For us, this means eating together, chatting, going out together or simply spending a relaxed evening playing board games in the living room. Being there for each other, without pressure, but with genuine interest.
We eat a vegetarian to vegan diet and share our food - not just because it's more practical, but because we enjoy cooking for each other. Once a week we get a share of fresh vegetables.
Lucky is an older, relaxed dog and an integral part of our flat share. His main carer looks after him, but it would be great if you like dogs and can imagine looking after him from time to time.
Nazis, sexism and all that crap have no place here. We are looking for someone with a left-wing, progressive attitude who would like to play an active role in our shared home.
