Hello everyone,

We are offering a fully furnished apartment in Bonn available exclusively for female tenants. The apartment features:

Four Rooms: Three rooms are used as bedrooms, each shared by two residents (each furnished with a single bed).

Living Room: A spacious living room of approximately 30 square meters, complete with a coffee table, a large dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a television.

Kitchen: A large, fully-equipped kitchen is included.

Bathroom Facilities: One large bathroom and one guest toilet.

Outdoor Spaces: Two balconies.

Additional Amenities: WiFi is provided, and a washing machine is available for use.

The apartment is conveniently located with excellent public transport connections – just four stops by U-Bahn to Bonn Hbf and approximately 40 minutes by U-Bahn to Cologne.

Rent: €400 per person (includes all utility costs such as electricity, waste disposal, and any other incidental charges). There is also an option to take the largest of the three bedrooms, in which case the rent is €450.

Deposit: €500.
