Hello,
da ich ab Anfang Januar bis ca. Ende Mai ins Erasmus gehe, würde ich gerne mein Zimmer untervermieten. Das Zimmer wird möbliert sein, und ich würde auch ein paar Sachen (wie z.B. Bücher) da lassen. Den Rest würde ich aber ausräumen wie z.B. meine Kommode und Kleiderstange, sodass du Stauraum für deine Kleidung hast. Wenn du eigenes Bettzeug mitbringen würdest, wäre das super. Ich habe relativ viele Pflanzen und würde mich natürlich freuen, wenn du dich um sie kümmern würdest - also einen kleinen grünen Daumen besitzt, aber ich würde auch ein paar Pflanzen auslagern. Ansonsten geht von dem Zimmer ein kleiner Balkon ab, was natürlich im Frühling sehr schön ist und du auch gerne Sachen anplanzen kannst, wenn du Lust hast :)

Since I’ll be going on my Erasmus exchange from early January until around the end of May, I’d like to sublet my room during that time. The room will be furnished, and I’ll leave a few items (like books), but I’ll clear out the rest, such as my dresser and clothing rack, so you’ll have space for your own things. It would be great if you could bring your own bedding.
I have quite a few plants, and I’d be happy if you could take care of them while I’m away, so a bit of a green thumb would be a bonus! However, I’ll move some of the plants elsewhere to make it more manageable.
The room also has a small balcony, which is especially nice in spring. You’re welcome to plant anything there if you’d like :)
Die Lage der Wohnung ist echt super. Du wohnst direkt in der Innenstadt und bist in ca. 8 min zu Fuß am Bahnhof, direkt in der Innenstadt und die ÖPNV Anbindung ist auch top.
The location of the apartment is perfect. You'll be right in the city center, just about an 8-minute walk from the train station. And the public transportation connections are directly infronft of the door.
Du würdest mit meinem Mitbewohner Jonas zusammen wohnen. Jonas studiert Politikwissenschaften ist in den letzten Zügen seiner Masterarbeit und macht zudem noch ein Praktikum bei der GIZ. Er geht gerne laufen und würde sich über ein bisschen Gesellschaft freuen :)
You would be living with Jonas. Jonas is studying Political Science, currently finishing up his master’s thesis, and also doing an internship with GIZ. He enjoys running and would be happy to have some company around :)
