The light-flooded room with French balconies is fully furnished with a wardrobe, bed, desk, club chair with glass table, TV and fridge with freezer compartment. and small worktop and kettle.

A spacious, well-equipped kitchen with all the usual kitchen appliances and more, such as a grill, deep fryer, coffee machine, rice cooker, etc. is available for cooking.. Otherwise, we also offer you a washing machine, dryer, steam iron station, battery vacuum cleaner, steam floor mop, hairdryer, bed linen, etc. The shared kitchen and dining area offer a generous view of the furnished roof terrace and garden.

The 125 m2 apartment with a 50 m2 roof terrace is the only one on the 2nd floor of a modern town house built eight years ago in the heart of Bonn city center.From here through the pedestrian zone you can reach the main train station, bus station, supermarkets and everything that the city center has to offer up to the Hofgarten with the university and the Rhine in 3-5 minutes.
With attractive offers, promotions and events, the Bonn retail trade turns the city into an "experience space". The extensive pedestrian zone in the city center invites you to stroll, look and shop in many retail and branch stores. Sell Sundays or "long shopping nights" set accents in the course of the year.
On the weekly market in front of the Old Town Hall, traders offer fresh fruit and vegetables, delicatessen and flowers on weekdays and Saturdays. Dive into the atmosphere of a lively market square! In recent years we have only had very satisfied guests - mostly interns or language students from all over the world. We are not a classic student flat share, but rather a business flat share and mostly go our own way. Otherwise, we are happy to give free rein to the way we live together. If it happens and we feel like it, we can cook together or just sit together
About us: I, Joachim, am a copywriter and author by profession and mostly work from home. My wife Jeannie works in nursing. We are both cosmopolitan, humorous but also responsible, respectful and always ready to help.
There is no cleaning schedule. Based on positive experience, we assume that our guests keep their room with toilet next door clean and leave the shared areas such as bathroom and kitchen clean after use. We will take care of everything else, although occasional assistance will not be turned down.
