Hi folks!
I rent out my room in a shared apartment. The room is connected to a balcony that is exposed to the south. So, you`ll be able to enjoy the sun all day long if it shines, hehe. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and in the house you´ll be able to use an elevator. With a bed, a long desk, a wardrobe and long shelves the room will be furnished (see the pictures). The kitchen next to the room also will be fully furnished with all the cutlery, etc... Next to the kitchen is the bathroom in which nothing misses. In the cellar of the house you´ll find three washing machines shared by the house (I really never experienced that all three machines were used simultaneously).
I´ll be happy about every interest,

The location of the room is nearly perfect. Probably, you will need about 2 or 3 minutes by feet to Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz and 8 - 10 minutes to the main station that both are the most important stations to get somewhere in the city and to Cologne for example. The main facility of the University also is about 8-10 min by feet away.
