Das Zimmer hat ca. 15 Quadratmeter und hat ein großes Fenster zur Allee gerichtet und ist quadratisch aufgebaut. Die Wohnung hat zudem ein Badezimmer und eine Küche, die mit einem Flur die drei Zimmer verbindet, und liegt im 2.Stockwerk. Es gibt zudem einen Waschkeller und Abstellkeller, auch für Fahrräder.
The room has about 15 square meters and has a large window facing the avenue and is square in shape. The apartment also has a bathroom and a kitchen, which connects the three rooms with a hallway, and is located on the 2nd floor. There is also a laundry room and a storage room, also for bicycles.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt und hat viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Zudem sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Haltestellen zur Straßenbahn 16 und verschiedenen Busse sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Damit ist der Hauptbahnhof in 15 Minuten erreichbar.
The apartment is located in the old town and has many restaurants and bars nearby. There are also many shops within walking distance. Stops for Tram 16 and various buses are a 3-minute walk away. This means that the main train station can be reached in 15 minutes.
In unserer WG leben Danny, Pascal und (bald leider nicht mehr) Felix.
Ich (Danny) bin 26 Jahre alt und mache momentan mein Master in Economics. Ich mache gerne Sport, wie z.B. Judo, aber treffe mich auch viel mit meinen Freunden und gehe ab und zu auch gerne mit ihnen feiern.
Ich (Pascal) mache meinen Doktor in Mathe. Nebenbei mache ich viel Sport (Gym, Gravelbike und Schwimmen), spiele E-Gitarre und nerde mit Leuten über DnD oder Kartenspiele ab. Genau wie Danny gehe ich auch öfters am Wochenende raus mit Leuten in Bars oder zu Partys, meistens mit Danny zusammen :)
Wir suchen eine Person, die Bock hat, viel mit der WG zu machen, ab und zu mit Partys schmeißen möchte aber auch Lust auf entspannte Kochabende hat.
Danny, Pascal and (soon no longer) Felix live in our shared flat.
I (Danny) am 26 years old and am currently doing my Master's in Economics. I like doing sports, such as judo, but I also socialise a lot with my friends and like to go out partying with them from time to time.
I (Pascal) am doing my PhD in Maths. I also do a lot of sports (gym, gravel biking and swimming), play electric guitar and nerd out with people over DnD or card games. Just like Danny, I often go out on weekends with people in bars or to parties, usually together with Danny :)
We are looking for a person who wants to do a lot with the flat share, wants to throw parties from time to time but also enjoys relaxed cooking evenings.
