Auf der Suche nach einem kurzfristigen Bewohner, vorzugsweise eine kreative Person, die in einem gelegentlichen Chat und Kochen zusammen zu frönen mag, sondern hat auch ihren eigenen Raum und Zeitpläne. Ordentlich und organisiert ist ein Plus!
Wenn Sie Student sind, sollten Sie idealerweise daran gewöhnt sein, in gemeinsamen Räumen zu leben und den Raum einer anderen Person zu respektieren :)
The house is completely immersed in nature, as you can see from the photos, maximising mountain views and privacy!
Das Leben hier ist sehr friedlich und ruhig, wie in jedem anderen Ort in den Bergen, in der Nähe des Waldes und sehr entspannt.
Seien Sie darauf vorbereitet, kurze Wanderungen zu machen, um von der kleinen Straßenbahnstation zum Haus zu gelangen (10 Minuten, aber steil).
Um z.B. nach Bozen zu gelangen, nimmt man die kleine Straßenbahn (5 Minuten) oder geht zu Fuß zur Seilbahn (20 Minuten), von wo aus man nach Bozen hinunterfährt (12 Minuten), so dass man im Idealfall in insgesamt 35 Minuten dort ist, wenn man zur Arbeit oder zur Uni muss (ich mache das jeden Tag!).
Der Spaziergang zurück nach Hause in die Natur mit atemberaubender Aussicht und frischer Luft ist es allemal wert!
Das Haus ist voll möbliert, und in der Kaution ist auch eine Versicherung für die Möbel enthalten.
Sie haben ein ganzes Studio/Atelier im Keller, das Sie zu Ihrem Arbeitsbereich machen können (es ist etwas kalt, da es nicht beheizt ist und unter der Erde liegt), aber Sie haben viel Stauraum!
