It is a very large, furnished room with a beautiful wooden floor. There is everything you need (large bed, desk and chair, shelves and wardrobe). The room may only be rented to students.

The location of the flat is perfect for students studying in Bolzano. It is located directly opposite the university. The train station can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by bike. You are directly on the river Talfer within a minute. Shopping facilities are also within 10 minutes walking distance.

It is more of a functional flat share. You live together and chat, but not much more than that. We take turns with the cleaning. In the kitchen and bathroom, we all have our own compartments to store our things.

The room is sublet through me until mid-September 2025. If the constellation works, the landlords can imagine extending the contract if necessary. However, only for students.
