We are Theresa, 26, from Vienna, and Tjo, 26, from Hamburg. We study Design and Eco-Social Design at Unibz and live in an apartment on Via Raffaello-Sernesi. The apartment is located right next to the university, and you can walk directly from our entrance to the Unicafé. Since our great roommate is moving out, we are looking for a new roommate starting February/March 2025. The room is furnished and has a balcony.

The apartment is located in the heart of the old town of Bolzano on the 5th floor. It overlooks a quiet courtyard, and the entrance is directly across from the university.

The apartment features a spacious living room, 2 equipped bathrooms (2 toilets, 2 showers, washing machine), and a large kitchen.

We love cooking together and enjoying long summer evenings on the balcony, so we’re looking for someone who fits well with us. If you’re interested, we’d be happy to receive a short message about yourself and some information. :))
