Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, hat einen wunderschönen Holzboden und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf die Berge rund um Bozen. Es ist teilweise möbliert mit einem Schrank und einem kleinen Schreibtisch, die sich harmonisch in den Raum einfügen.
Unsere Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Wohngemeinschaft, da die Zimmer etwas vom Rest der Wohnung getrennt sind und so ausreichend Privatsphäre bieten. Der gemeinsame Bereich besteht aus einer offenen Küche mit gemütlichem Wohnzimmer – ein wunderbarer Ort, um Zeit miteinander zu verbringen und eine schöne Alternative zum Rückzug ins eigene Zimmer. Insbesondere unser Beamer lädt zu gemeinsamen Filmabenden ein! Generell ist die Wohnung sehr hell, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.

The room is very bright, has a beautiful wooden floor and offers a fantastic view of the mountains around Bolzano. It is partially furnished with a wardrobe and a small desk that blend harmoniously into the room.
Our apartment is perfect for a shared flat, as the rooms are slightly separated from the rest of the apartment and thus offer sufficient privacy. The common area consists of an open kitchen with a cozy living room - a wonderful place to spend time together and a nice alternative to retreating to your own room. Our projector is particularly inviting for movie nights together! In general, the apartment is very bright, spacious and equipped with everything you need to feel at home.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, direkt neben der Seilbahn nach Oberbozen (Funivia del Renon). Das macht sie zum perfekten Ausgangspunkt, um sowohl schnell ins Stadtzentrum als auch raus in die Natur zu kommen. Busse in die Berge fahren direkt um die Ecke, der Bahnhof ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß, die Universität in etwa 15 Minuten. Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Apotheken und alles, was man für den Alltag braucht, befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe – für super schnelle Erledigungen steht Eurospin im Gebäude der Seilbahn bereit! Zudem beginnt die Oswaldpromenade ganz in der Nähe, ideal für entspannte Spaziergänge mit toller Aussicht über Bozen oder sogar bis nach Oberbozen.

The apartment is very centrally located, right next to the cable car to Soprabolzano (Funivia del Renon). This makes it the perfect starting point for getting into the city center as well as out into nature. Buses to the mountains are just around the corner and the train station is only a 10-minute walk away.
The city center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, the university in about 15 minutes. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies and everything you need for everyday life are in the immediate vicinity - Eurospin in the cable car building is available for super quick errands! The Oswald promenade also starts very close by, ideal for relaxing walks with great views over Bolzano or even as far as Soprabolzano.

Wir sind eine offene und gesellige WG, in der uns ein gutes Zusammenleben sehr wichtig ist. Oft verbringen wir Zeit zusammen – sei es bei einem Kaffee in der Küche, gemeinsamen Kochabenden oder Ausflügen nach draußen. Dabei nehmen wir viel Rücksicht aufeinander und schätzen es, eine entspannte und freundliche Atmosphäre in der Wohnung zu haben. Gleichzeitig hat natürlich jeder seinen eigenen Raum, um sich zurückzuziehen, wenn er mal Zeit für sich braucht.
Du würdest mit Jana und Joost zusammenleben, zwei offenen und lieben Menschen, die an der Uni studieren. Jana ist gelernte Köchin und probiert ständig neue Rezepte aus – zur Freude aller in der WG! Joost ist ausgebildeter Schreiner und studiert mittlerweile Design, was sich definitiv in der liebevollen Einrichtung unserer Wohnung widerspiegelt. Neben ihrer gemeinsamen Leidenschaft für gutes Essen verbringen beide gerne Zeit in den Bergen und der Natur oder treffen sich mit Freunden.

We are a friendly and sociable flat share, where mutual respect and a good atmosphere are really important to us. We often spend time together – whether it’s chatting over coffee, cooking and eating together, or heading out for activities. At the same time, everyone has their own space to unwind when needed. We really value a warm and considerate living environment where everyone feels at home.
You would be living with Jana and Joost, two open-minded and friendly people studying at the university. Jana is a trained chef who loves experimenting with new recipes – much to the delight of the whole flat! Joost is a trained carpenter and now studies design, which you can definitely see in the thoughtful setup of our home. Apart from their shared love for good food, both enjoy spending time in the mountains and outdoors, as well as hanging out with friends.
