Ich suche zwei Mitbewohner für eine gemeinsame WG :)
Das erste Zimmer ist knapp 18 qm groß und zum Innenhof, das zweite 16 qm und zur Casparistraße. Beide Zimmer sind hell, rechteckig geschnitten und direkt bezugsfertig.
Die Wohnung ist top in Schuss, mit großem Flur, renovierten Bad und Küche inklusive Sitzgelegenheit.
Der Hagenmarkt und das Rathaus sind direkt um die Ecke. Dementsprechend kommt man flott in alle Ecken von Braunschweig. Zur Uni sind es bloß 3 Stationen mit der Bahn. Aldi, Penny, Rewe kann man problemlos zu Fuß erreichen.
Ich bin Lars, studiere Maschinenbau und schreibe gerade meine letzten Klausuren im Master. Mir ist ein gemeinsames Wg-leben sehr wichtig! Die Zeit der fetten Wg-Partys ist zumindest in der Wohnung vorbei aber trotzdem trinke gerne abends mal ein Bier, kloppe Karten, habe Freunde da oder gehe am Wochenende feiern.
