Your future room is adjacent to our hallway. It is rented furnished (bunk bed, wardrobe, clothes rail, desk, chest of drawers).
The flat also offers

Die WG befindet sich zentral zum Haupt- und Nordcampus der TU Braunschweig. Beides ist fußläufig in 15 min erreichbar. Außerdem sind die Mensa 2 und das Sportzentrum der TU 5 - 10 min entfernt.
Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich eine Haltestelle für die 3, mit der man in wenigen Minuten in die Innenstadt gelangen kann. Der Gliesmaroder Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 7 min zu erreichen.
Als Einkaufsmöglichkeiten stehen dir sowohl Penny, Edeka und Netto in unmittelbarer Nähe (alle ca. 5 min entfernt) zur Verfügung. Auch ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan.
Falls du mal den Kopf freibekommen möchtest, bieten sich der Prinzenpark als auch Riddagshausen für sportliche Aktivitäten an.
The shared flat is centrally located to the main and north campus of TU Braunschweig. Both can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Mensa 2 and the TU sports centre are also 5 - 10 minutes away.
The connection to public transport is very good. There is a stop for the 3 tram right outside the door, which takes you to the city centre in just a few minutes. Gliesmarode railway station is a 7-minute walk away.
Shopping facilities include Penny, Edeka and Netto in the immediate vicinity (all approx. 5 minutes away). There is also a bakery right next door.
If you want to clear your head, the Prinzenpark and Riddagshausen are ideal for sporting activities.
Deine neuen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Juliane (22) und Angelina (23).
Juliane studiert Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit dem Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau im Bachelor und geht in ihrer Freizeit gerne mit Hunden spazieren oder gärtnert. Angelina studiert Visuelle Kommunikation im Bachelor an der HBK. Sie ist in ihrer Freizeit gerne kreativ oder geht mit den Pfadfindern diversen Outdoor Aktivitäten nach.
Das Herzstück der WG bildet unsere Küche, dort kochen wir oder trinken gemeinsam Tee.
Zur Zeit kümmern wir uns außerdem um die Bepflanzung des Balkons, bei der wir auch noch offen für weitere Ideen sind. Zudem bietet unser Wohnzimmer durch einen Beamer und die Sofalandschaft viel Raum zum entspannen.
Your new flatmates are Juliane (22) and Angelina (23).
Juliane is studying industrial engineering with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and enjoys walking dogs and gardening in her free time. Angelina is studying for a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication at the HBK. In her free time, she enjoys being creative or taking part in various outdoor activities with the scouts.
The centrepiece of the flat share is our kitchen, where we cook or drink tea together.
At the moment, we are also taking care of the planting on the balcony, for which we are still open to further ideas. Our living room also offers plenty of space to relax thanks to a projector and the sofa area.
Das Zimmer kann ab dem 01.03., nach Absprache auch etwas früher (ab dem 16.02.) vermietet werden. Auch das Auszugsdatum ist etwas flexibel, sollte aber Mitte Juni oder Ende Juni sein.

The room can be rented from 01 March, or a little earlier by arrangement (from 16 February). The move-out date is also somewhat flexible, but should be mid-June or the end of June.
