The room to rent is about 25m2 and is already furnished with guest bed, sofa set, shelves, 1 wardrobe and dresser, dining table with chairs etc.
The apartment is equipped with 4 rooms and approx. 106m2.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers access to a cozy loggia. There is a lounge-style living room and a working room that I use 1 - 2 a week when I make home office.

The apartment also offers a communal garden and a garage.
A parking lot can be found in our street as well as always, which is really a pleasant rarity in the eastern ring area. Generally, the area is quiet and yet central. The park is directly accessible and the nearest bus stop is 3 minutes walk away. In the city you can cycle in 10 - 15 minutes.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt mit 4 Zimmern ausgestattet und ca. 106m² groß.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und bietet Zugang zu einer gemütlichen Loggia. Es gibt einen Aufenthaltsraum im Lounge-Stil und ein Arbeitszimmer, das ich 1 - 2 die Woche nutze wenn ich Home Office mache.

Die Wohnung bietet zudem einen Gemeinschaftsgarten und eine Garage.
Einen Parkplatz findet man in unserer Straße so gut wie immer, was wirklich eine angenehme Seltenheit im östlichen Ringgebiet ist. Generell ist die Gegend traumhaft ruhig und doch zentral. Der Park ist direkt zu erreichen und die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 3 Min Fußweg entfernt. In der Stadt ist man mit dem Fahrrad in 10 - 15 Minuten.

Gern kannst du das Zimmer und die Wohnung besichtigen. Wichtig ist mir einfach, dass man gut miteinander auskommt und es einfach passt und alle sich wohlfühlen. :-)
