Ich biete ein ca. 25 m2 großes helles Zimmer mit zwei Fenstern. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss, daher ist das Zimmer sehr schön hell.
Das Haus verfügt über einen wunderschönen Garten, in dem auch gerne gegrillt wird. Im Haus wohnen mehrere Familien und auch Studenten..
Die Wohnung liegt ca 3 min zu Fuß von der HBK entfernt. Die nächsten Einkaufsläden sind Rewe und Edeka und sind ca 2 und 4 min entfernt. Die Innenstadt ist innerhalb von 15 min zu erreichen. Die Nächste Bus und bahnhaltestelle ca 5min zu Fuß. Also eine sehr gute Lage .
Ich suche einen netten Mitbewohner bzw. eine Mitbewohnerin.
Ich selbst bin männlich, 25 Jahre jung.
Ich bin sehr flexibel und ein ordentlicher Mensch.
Ich koche gerne und habe auch kein Problem damit , wenn mal ausgiebig gefeiert wird. Ansonsten ist es eine ruhige Wohnung.
