Dein Zimmer befindet sich auf der Südseite des Hauses und ist dementsprechend schön hell. Es ist in etwa 14m² groß und hat einen nahezu quadratischen Grundriss. Im Zimmer wurde vor einem halben Jahr ein neuer Vinyl Fussboden verlegt und ein neues Fenster eingebaut. Die Möbel auf den Fotos werden alle von meiner ehemaligen Mitbewohnerin mitgenommen; dein Zimmer ist also unmöbliert, der Rest der Wohnung aber möbliert😊
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Östlichen Ringgebiet in der Nähe vom Botanischen Garten. Der Hauptcampus der TU ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Straßenbahn und Busanbindung ist hervorragend.
Ich bin Neele, studiere im 4. Semester Architektur an der TU und bin 22 Jahre alt.
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass wir gelegentlich auch mal zusammen kochen, einen Beamer Abend machen oder mal ein Gläschen Wein auf dem Balkon zusammen trinken. Für lustige WG Partys bin ich auch immer offen.🤘🏼 Ich suche keine reine Zweck-WG.

- für einen guten Start in den Tag hab ich eine tolle Siebträgermaschine, mit der man leckeren Kaffee machen kann 🌞
