In der WG ist noch ein Zimmer zu haben, welches eine Größe von 12 qm innehat. Das Zimmer wurde frisch gestrichen und verfügt über ein großes Fenster.
Generell wurde die Wohnung erst vor kurzem frisch renoviert und ist nun mit einer komplett neuen Küche ausgestattet :)
Es kostet 295 Euro warm, die Nebenkosten wurden bereits in den Preis eingerechnet. Wlan ist auch enthalten.
Das Zimmer ist ab Januar 2021 verfügbar.
Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Breisach. Es sind Aldi, Lidl und Co. in Fußweite. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten entfernt.
Die Züge fahren im 30 Minutentakt ca. 20 Min nach Freiburg.
Mit dem Auto ist Freiburg in ca. 25 Minuten zu erreichen.
Du wirst mit Laura (22) und Manuel (26) in der Wg zusammen wohnen. Laura macht gerade noch eine Ausbildung und Manuel ist bereits berufstätig.
Beim Wg Leben kommt es dann drauf an, wie du dich einbringst bzw. einbringen möchtest :)
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Bad und Toilette sind zum Glück getrennt. Es gibt außerdem eine Badewanne, Dusche und einen Fahrradkeller.
