All 7 rooms are completely furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, etc.) Bed linens are included. Room sizes ranging from 10 to 18 square meters. Each room has a minimum of 2 windows, wood laminate floors and a locking door.

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtzentrum direkt neben den Wallanlagen. Bis in die Innenstadt und zur Schlachte und zum Bahnhof sind es nur 2 Minuten Fußweg. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Uni sind es mit der Bahn ca. 15 Minuten und zur Hochschule 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Supermärkte wie z.B. LIDL, Edeka und Aldi sind in ca. 5-10min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in the city center directly next to the park, “Wallanlagen”. There are great jogging paths by the water. The city center, main train station, cinema and the Schlachte are just minutes away by foot. There are multiple public transportation options 1-2 minutes walk from the apartment. The University is approximately 15 minutes by tram and the Hochschule is around 5 minutes by bike. Supermarkets, such as Rewe, Edeka, LID, Aldi and Alnatura (organic foods) are all within 5-10 minutes. There is a Farmer’s Market in the Marktplatz ‪Monday-Saturday‬.
