Ein Zimmer in meiner schönen Wohnung wird frei. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Es ist 15-16qm groß, hat eine ausgestattete Pantry-Küche, ein Einbauregal sowie einen großen Schrank. Weiterhin ist das Zimmer und das Bad vollständig ausgestattet - siehe Fotos. Das Zimmer ist wie die gesamte Wohnung sehr hell, sehr ruhig gelegen -in einem begrünten Hinterhof- und absolut zentral. Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen Dobben und Sielwall und St. Jürgen-Krankenhaus, im Stadtteil Fesenfeld. WG oder eher Zweck-WG?: Dies kann gemeinsam definiert werden. Das Zimmer liegt in einer großen Wohnung. Das Bad ist neu, mit großer Dusche. WLAN ist frei. Die Waschmaschine kann für 3,-- pro Wäsche genutzt werden. Ich selbst bin WG erprobt und habe fast immer gute Erfahrungen im Zusammenleben mit anderen gesammelt. Ich bin kreativ tätig und gern in der Natur. Wichtig ist mir ein ruhiges, angenehmes Zusammenleben. Gern helfe ich beim Deutsch-Lernen, da ich Lehrerin für Deutsch als Fremdsprache bin. Das Einzugsdatum kann ebenfalls gemeinsam geklärt werden. Bei Einzug ist eine Kaution von Euro 400,-- üblich. Diese gibt es bei Auszug zurück. Bei Interesse melde Dich bitte unter meiner Emailadresse.
Wohne absolut zentral: Zu den Haltestelle Am Dobben sind es maximal 5 Minuten, ebenso zum Sielwall und zur Humboldtstr. In unmittelbare Nähe findest du alle Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Kneipen und und und wofür das Viertel bekannt ist. In die City fährt man max. 10 Min. mit dem Rad. Ein Auto benötigt man hier nicht.
