We are looking for a colorful WG in the beautiful Findorff from 01. April 2025 (date of arrival from April 1st - May 1st) a new roommate (FLINTA*). We are a colorful mixed bunch of more or less students and offer a great, welcoming, cozy living room also a beautiful kitchen for cooking. The apartment has 2 bathrooms (+an extra toilet) and a beautiful balcony with many plants and plenty of space to chill. Our dazzling exterior should not deceive our inner qualities. Wir, eine bunte WG im wunderschönen Findorff suchen ab 01. April 2025 (Einzugsdatum ab 01. April - 01.Mai möglich) eine neue Mitbewohner*in (FLINTA*). Wir sind ein bunt gemischter Haufen mehr oder weniger Studierender und bieten neben einem großen, einladenden, gemütlichen Wohnzimmer auch eine schöne Küche zum Kochen. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Bäder (+ein extra WC) und einen wunderschönen Balkon mit vielen Pflanzen und viel Platz zum chillen. Unser blendendes Äußeres sollte nicht über unsere inneren Qualitäten hinwegtäuschen. Die Miete mit allem drum und dran beträgt 323 Euro. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, d.h. du hast ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch und 2 Regale und ein Waschbecken. Zwei Fotos zeigen das Zimmer wie es aussieht, wenn man es übernimmt. Wir haben noch zwei weitere Fotos hinzugefügt von einem Zimmer von uns, quasi als Beispielbilder :) dein Zimmer muss also nicht minimalistisch bleiben.
Was du mitbringen solltest: Chillskills, wetterfeste Kleidung und gute Laune.

Da sich die Wohnung im Studentenwohnheim befindet, musst du an einer Bremer Uni oder Hochschule immatrikuliert sein. Ansonsten hoffen wir auf eine eben so bunte Person die bei uns einzieht ;)

Meistens findet sich jemand im Wohnzimmer, das sehr dazu einlädt zusammen abzuhängen, Serien oder Filme zu schauen oder Spiele zu spielen. Mensch kann sich hier aber auch sehr gut zurück ziehen und einfach sein Ding machen.
