I want to sublet a single room in a 3-room shared apartment at student dormitory to a female student. It is a furnished room (18 sq.m.). The subletting is only possible to female students at the Universität Bremen, Hochschule Bremen, Hochschule für Künste and Hochschule Bremerhaven. Subletting can be 3 months or 6 months.
Includes: 1 Single Bed, 1 Wardrobe, Desk, Lamp(s), Chairs, Shelves. The kitchen and the bathroom are shared with two other student girls.The room is pretty comfortable and cozy really warm.
5 -10 min from the dorm there is rossman ,aldi ,lidl. The apartment address is around 15-18 minutes by foot to Bremen University. It is very close to public transports. It is only 5 minutes walk to stops of trams and buses. I hope you are a clean, quiet, polite and reliable person, who can maintain the room well and take good care of the existing furnishing.
