Zum 06.01. vermiete ich mein Zimmer unter. Ich bin für einen Monat, ggf. aber auch länger weg. Das können wir noch absprechen.
Das Zimmer ist circa 16qm groß und hat ein großes helles Fenster und morgens scheint die Sonne immer rein.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG und ist super zentral gelegen. Die Wohnung ist relativ fresh renoviert und es gibt auch einen Balkon.
Die Miete beträgt 450€
Die Lage ist echt nice. Der Werdersee ist direkt um die Ecke, deshalb sind wir da auch ständig. Alles andere, was die Neustadt so zu bieten hat, ist außerdem auch nah dran! Trotzdem ist es eig ruhig hier und man findet eig immer einen Parkplatz. Die 26,27,4 und 6 sind direkt hier.
Du wohnst zusammen mit Dietke und Luc. Dietke ist viel zuhause, Luc arbeitet vollzeit. Abends sitzen wir gerne mal zusammen oder so zwischendurch, jede:r bekommt aber auch genug zeit für sich.
Alles ist sonst sehr entspannt und das soll auch so bleiben.
Mehr sonst im Kennlerncall, aber ist ein sehr schönes harmonisches, liebvolles familiäres zusammenleben:)
