Hallo, das Zimmer geht hinten raus, es ist also kaum Lärm zu hören. Es ist etwa 14qm groß und hell. Zu dem gibt es ein Wohnzimmer und eine Küche mit Gasherd. Das Wohnzimmer ist bereits möbliert, steht aber natürlich auch zur Verfügung.
Die Wg. befindet sich in der Kornstrasse, direkt beim Aldi und Combi, also super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Außerdem ist der Werdersee direkt um die Ecke. Die S-Bahn Linie 4 ist in etwa 7 min. Fußweg zu erreichen, der 26/27er Bus in etwa 5 min. Die Innestadt ist mit Bus und Bahn in etwa 15 Min zu erreichen mit dem Rad in etwa genauso.
Ich bin 32 Jahre alt, berufstätig (Referendar) und im Besitz eines liebevollen Hundes (Benny etwa 12). Mein Hobby ist Skateboard fahren. Auch den Werdersee nutze ich im Sommer ausgiebig. Das das Wohnzimmer geteilt wird bin ich kein Freund einer Zweck Wg. Das Badezimmer besitzt eine Wanne mit Duschvorhang. Achso ich bin Raucher, hab aber mit Nichtrauchern kein Problem. Auch das Zimmer ist Rauchfrei.
