Da ich vom 7. Juli bis zum 14. August nicht da sein werde, suche ich für den Zeitraum einen Zwischenmieter für mein voll möbliertes 15m² großes WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer liegt super zentral. Es sind weniger als 10 Gehminuten zum beliebten Viertel, dem Bahnhof und auch dem Bürgerpark. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler etc) und super gemütlich mit Schrägdach und Parkettfußboden.
Monatlich kostet es 300Euro, also für gute 5 Wochen 375Euro all inclusive (Flatrate Internet, Telefon...)
