Our WG is located in a terraced house. The room is located on the first floor overlooking the garden and towards the northeast, so in summer it will not be too warm:) The room costs 405€ per month, including all incidentals. for 20€ more per month you can also rent it furnished. It is about 13m2 large and well cut. The house has a garden, as well as a balcony that is very popular in summer. We also have 2 kitchens, one upstairs and one down and 3 bathrooms. Up there are 2 of the 3 bathrooms, which is very practical, since you have to share the bathroom with only one other person (near Michelle). We also have 2(!) Washing machines and 2(!) dryer. We also have a laundry room with plenty of space for clothes.

Es ist circa 13m² groß und gut geschnitten. Das Haus verfügt über einen Garten, sowie einen Balkon, die gerade im Sommer gerne genutzt werden. Des weiteren haben wir 2 Küchen, eine oben und eine unten und 3 Bäder. Oben befinden sich 2 der 3 Bäder, was sehr praktisch ist, da du dir das Bad dementsprechend nur mit einer weiteren Person (nämlich Michelle) teilen musst. Außerdem verfügen wir über 2(!) Waschmaschinen sowie 2(!) Trockner. Zudem haben wir einen Wäscheraum mit reichlich Platz für Wäscheständer.

Außerdem kann man innerhalb von 10 Minuten (zu Fuß) das Walle Center und den Rewe erreichen. Zur Uni braucht man auch nicht so lange, circa 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und circa eine halbe Stunde mit den Öffis. Es lohnt sich jedoch mit dem Fahrrad zu fahren, da die Strecke sehr schön ist, weil man viel durch den Bürgerpark fährt :) Zur Hochschule sieht das von der Distanz her recht ähnlich aus. Außerdem liegt unsere WG ganz in der Nähe von einem Parzellengebiet, wo man sehr nett spazieren gehen kann und von dem Waller Feldmarktsee. Zu dem See braucht man ungefähr 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, was gerade im Sommer grandios ist und zu gemütlichen WG Ausflügen einlädt. Zudem verfügt Walle zwar nicht über eine große Masse an Cafés, aber trotzdem über sehr nette Cafés und auch einige andere nette Geschäfte in den Nebenstraßen, welche nicht allzu weit weg von unserer WG sind :)
