Das Zimmer ist 17qm groß, hat neuen Laminat-Boden in einem Grauton und den Wintergarten auf schöne Bremer Altbau Art mit 7 qm direkt dran. Wir haben beim Einzug vor einem Jahr gestrichen.
Es gibt eine Tür zu dem kleinen Flur, eine Flügeltür zum Wintergarten und eine zu meinem Schlafzimmer aber es ist dämmung dazwischen und auf deiner Seite eine Leinwand, die du auch gerne selbst umgestalten kannst :) Wir hatten aber keine großen Probleme mit hellhörigkeit oder Lärm, weder wegen der Tür noch wegen unseren Nachbarn. Zum Einzug vor einem Jahr wurde gestrichen und der Flur und dein Zimmer haben neuen Boden bekommen. Dein Fahrrad und so kannst du im gemeinschaftlichen Keller lassen.
Soweit ist alles an Geräten und so da und du müsstest nichts mitbringen.
The room has 17 square meter, new laminate flooring and a winter garden (7square meters) in the old buildings of Bremen typical style. Upon moving in a year ago we painted all the walls.
There’s a door to the small hallway, a double winged door to the winter garden and another one to my bedroom but don’t worry there’s some sound isolation material and your side is covered with a canvas which you can paint however you want :) we didn’t really have problems with noise neither because of this nor because of the neighbors.
A year ago we painted all the walls and your room and the hallway got new flooring. There’s a communal cellar for your bike and some storage space.
All household appliances are accounted for meaning you won’t really need to bring anything.
Die Wohnung ist in Woltmershausen, links von der Weser im Südwesten der Stadt. Du bist somit ca. 10 min von der Hochschule entfernt, ca. 40 min zur Uni und hast in 500 m entfernung alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die du benötigts (Poststation, Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann etc.).
Spaziergelegenheiten gibt es an der Weser und in Parks und einen Strand ca. 10 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Die Busstation Wildeshauser Straße ist direkt am Ende der Straße (2 min) und die Buslinie 24 fährt alle wichtigen Stationen ab wie den Hauptbahnhof (20 min), Bahnhof Neustadt, Domsheide (15 min.) und 20 Minuten bis zum Viertel.
Kleiner Bonus ist der Eisladen und Kiosk direkt vor der Haustür :D
The flat is located in Woltmershausen on the left side of the Weser, in the southwest of Bremen. It takes you 10 min to get to the Hochschule, about 40 to the Uni and you have all the shopping opportunities you’ll need (post station, Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann etc.) within 500m.
There’s nice places to take a walk at like the Weser and parks nearby and a beach 10 minutes by bike.
The Bus Station Wildeshauser Straße is at the end of the street (2min) and the Bus Line 24 will take you to all the important places like Hauptbahnhof (20 min), Bahnhof Neustadt, Domsheide (15 min) und 20 Minutes to the Viertel.
A small bonus is the ice cream store and kiosk right at the end of the street :D
Hallo, ich bin Selina, 21 Jahre alt, Studentin und werde in der Wohnung bleiben. Ich bin im großen und ganzen eine recht leise Mitbewohnerin und beschäftige mich in meiner Freizeit meistens mit Videospielen, Musik oder dem momentan aktuellen kreativen Projekt.
Wir haben vor einem Jahr die WG eröffnet und sind mit der Wohnung und auch unserer Vermieterin gut klar gekommen.
Da mein Mitbewohner Paul berufstätig ist und jetzt gerne alleine wohnen möchte suche ich einen neuen Mitbewohner, diesmal am liebsten eine Frau und ebenfalls Studentin oder in der Ausbildung o.Ä., letztendlich kommt es auf dich als person an und internationale studenten, LGBTQIA+ usw. sind auch auf jeden Fall willkommen.
Da wir nur zu Zweit wären, möchte ich auf keinen Fall eine Zweck-WG und würde mich total über Dinge wie gemeinsames Kochen, Film und Vino Abende, Quatschen oder mal zusammen Ausgehen freuen. Wenn du auch eine kreative Ader hast, kann man ja zusammen die Wohnung noch etwas gestalten.
Wer träumt nicht davon in einem Mitbewohner auch eine gute Freundin zu finden? :D
Hello I am Selina, 21 years old, Student and I’ll be staying in the flat. Overall I am a fairly quiet roommate and in my free time I mostly play video games, listen to music or work on whatever artsy project I’m stuck on.
We opened the WG a year ago and we didn’t really have problems with the flat or our landlord.
I’m looking for a new roommate because my current roommate Paul is working and now wants to life alone. This time I would prefer a female maybe, who's also a student or apprentice. International students and LGBTQIA+ are absolutely welcome.
In the end it depends on you as a person.
Because it’s going to be only us two I don’t want a living community for a purpose (?) or Zweck-WG, rather I’d like it if there’s cooking together, time spent together over movies and wine or just talking, going out together every now and then, something like that anyway. If you’re also interested in artfully decorating the flat then that’d be a fun bonus.
Who doesn’t dream of being best friends with their roommate? :D
Ich habe mir eine Ablösegebühr von 150 Euro vorgestellt, für alles was schon hier ist und wir über das Jahr dazu gekauft haben.
Momentan zahlen wir 400 Kaltmiete, 100 Nebenkosten, 110 für Strom und Gas und weitere 40 für WLAN.
I imagined a transfer fee of 150 euros for everything that is already here and that we bought over the past year.
We pay 400 rent, 100 side costs (Nebenkosten) and currently 110 for electricity and gas and another 40 for WLAN.
