Hi,

I am currently looking for someone to rent my room in an ideally located location. The room is approximately 17 qm and costs 420€/month, all inclusive. The room is unfurnished, but I would prefer a new tenant to take over my furniture which are including a wardrobe, a bed, a mattress, a table, 2 patio chairs, 3 wall shelves.

The apartment has two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two balconies, which means you will have your own balcony.

You will be sharing the flat with Siarhei. He’s nice and quiet. We prefer to communicate in English in the apartment, so I hope that’s okay for you. We also prefer someone who is a queer ally. If you are homophobic, please don’t contact us.
