We have a charming room available for a sublet in our flat located at Humboldtstraße. The room is approximately 26 square meters.
**Flat Features:**
- A spacious kitchen perfect for cooking and socializing
- A large balcony ideal for barbecues and relaxing during the summer.
Two bathrooms: a large one with a bathtub and shower, and a small one with just a toilet.
- Top-floor location with a great view.
Current tenants include Paulo 🇧🇴, Aman 🇮🇳 (main tenants) and Maroua 🇲🇦. We often enjoy playing games, chilling, and occasionally hosting parties and karaoke nights!

Die Wohnung liegt in der Humboldtstraße nahe der Kreuzung Am Dobben. Bars, Kinos, sämtliche Essensmöglichkeiten und Supermärkte wie Netto, Penny, Rewe oder auch Aleco sind in Fußweite zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist nah am Geschehen dran, trotzdem recht ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Uni in 15-20 Mintuen zu erreichen, die Hochschule in 10-15 Minuten. Die nächstgelegene Bahnhaltestelle (Humboldtstr. Linie 10) ist ca. 1.5 - 2 Gehminute entfernt.
Wir leben hier aktuell ein recht chilliges WG-Leben und haben alle unseren eigenen Alltag. Für einen Schnack auf dem Flur oder in der Küche sind wir immer alle zu haben. Gerne auch beim gemeinsamen Kaffee oder Bier oder whatever. Bei passendem Wetter wird auf dem Balkon auch mal zusammen gegrillt. Ansonsten auch aktuell eher selten mal zusammen gespielt. Alle sind eigentlich immer offen für gemeinsame Aktivitäten oder einfach gemeinsame Zeit. Alles kann, nichts muss.
