hey hey!! we are looking for a person to live with us in our pretty wg. here we offer a nice space to live in. we have two floors apartment which has 4 rooms and a kitchen with a communal space! we also have a garden which is a perfect spot to chill in summers:))) what we care is having a home feeling home(genuine, peaceful, also fun:) with nice people around.
We share houseworks so we could decide how to share the responsibilities when we have our new roommate, monthly we pay 315 euros as rent and with the bills and shared stuff for the place its around 405 euros. Our landlord is asking for 600 euros deposit.
We have a dishwasher, laundry machine, and kitchen equipments we all share together.
Starting from november 1st.
Neustadt, near pappelstrasse, 20 mins by walk to city center, 5 mins walk to tram1 and 8 mins from pappelstrasse where you could reach anything you would need!
