The room is about 12m2, currently also with green half walls (that could be kept like that for the future tenant if needed). The window faces a side street and is very cozy and good for relaxing and sleeping. There is also a living room for hanging out, 'home office', dining and some extra storage space. There's a cute DIY kitchen with access to a small balcony. There is some storage in the basement.
Lage:
The house is facing Berlinerplatz, which can be a little active in the evening, but with closed windows we can't complain. There is a farmers market every Saturday right by our doorstep, countless cafes, bars and restaurants, shops (Rewe, Netto, Alnatura, Bazar and everything in between). Trams 2,3,10 are within 2min walk. A couple of minutes walk to the river.
