Ich biete ein Zimmer in 3er Wg in Bremen Neustadt an.
Das Zimmer ist mobiliert wie auch die gesamte Wohnung. Außerdem gibt es für jeden einen eigenen Kühlschrank.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Neustadt , 3 Haltstelle zum Domscheide und HSB. Man braucht circa 2 min zur Bushaltstelle und circa 3-4 min zur Straßenbahn 6 zu fuß.
Viele Resturants und Supermarkts und Kiosks kann man in der nähe der Wohnung finden wie Edka, Penny etc.
In der Wohnung darf man nur in seinem Zimmer rauchen oder Alkohol trinken.
Kiffen ist verboten.
Haustier ist auch verboten.
Außerdem haben wir einen Putzplan, so dass jede Woche immer zwei Leute die Küche und das Bad putzen müssen.
Ruhe und Respekt sind uns sehr wichtig, damit wir uns bei uns zu Hause immer wohl fühlen
Die Miete muss immer bis zum 3. eines jeden Monats überwiesen werden
Die Kaution und die Miete müssen sofort nach Vertragsabschluss überwiesen werden
