Da ich für kurze Zeit im Ausland bin, würde ich gerne mein Zimmer für diese Zeit untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist komplett Mobilisiert und umfasst:
- ein Bett
- einen Schrank
- zwei Tische
- ein Regal
- zwei Stühle
Zusätzlich gibt es eine Küche und ein Bad, was sich in der Zweier-WG geteilt wird.
Für alle Studenten des Wohnheimes gibt es einen gemeinsamen Wäscheraum, reichlich Fahrrad- und Autostellplätze und einen Partyraum.

Due to studying abroad, I want rent out my room in a shared apartment starting February.
The room is located in the student dormitories.
The room is fully furnished and includes:
- bed
- wardrobe
- two tables
- shelf
- two chairs
There is also a shared kitchen and bathroom.
For all students there is a shared laundry room, lots of space to park bikes or cars and a Party-Room.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr nach am Uni-Gelände, zu Fuß ungefähr 15min. Auch mit einem Bus ist die Uni in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.
Außerdem liegt sie nahe der Linien 6 und 4. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Aldi oder Lidl können in 15min erreicht werden.
Sie liegt jedoch auch nahe vom Grünen, da das Blockland sehr nahe ist.
Auch ein Möglichkeiten zum Schwimmen wie das Horner Bad oder der Unisee sind schnell erreichbar.

Du wirst dir die WG mit Mai teilen. Sie studiert ebenfalls an der Uni.
Zusammen kochen wir gerne und schauen auch gerne mal zusammen eine Serie. Aber auch kurze Gespräche und lange Diskussionen ist sie immer zu haben.
Falls du jedoch Zeit für dich brauchst, kannst du dich auch immer in dein Zimmer zurückziehen.
