The room is about 18 square meters, rectangular, with one window. For the purpose of the sublet, the furniture will not be moved and I will clear out any open surfaces and as much of the cupboard and open storage as possible, with discussion from the selected tennant of course.
The bathroom is relatively small, but has a large window. The kitchen has several shelves, a couch, a table and chairs, along with a fridge, oven and washing machine. The apartment is on the first floor, with a spiral and regular staircase leading to it, and there is no elevator. There is also a bicycle cellar outside, along with a vending machine.
The sublet is for the month of April, starting on the 1st and ending April 30, while I will not be in the country.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Findorff, and is about a ten minute walk from the back of the main stattion. There is also a bus stop a minute away, and several other stops within a ten minute walk. Nearby is a skate park, exhibition halls, event spaces, and a street away we have a Netto and an ALECO BioMarkt.

Apartment cleanliness is quite important. The public spaces are all routinely swept and dusted, and more deeply cleaned weekly or biweekly depending on the area in question. There is a chore cycle in place, but in general, people concerned about cleanliness are preferential.
The roommate you will be living with for a month speaks English and Spanish fluently, and some German. It is preferable for potential sublets to be women and/or LGBTQ+, but this is not a hard rule.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the building.
