You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with me. There’s a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment. You may park your bicycle on the terrace.

The apartment is a 2 min walk from tram stop Brunnenstrasse (lines 2, 3, 10) and a 4 min walk from the riverside. Plenty of supermarkets, bars, and eateries around. There’s also a laundromat down the street. Despite its central location, the street is quiet.
I am 31, male, and studying at the University of Bremen. Looking for a respectful and non-smoking flatmate, ideally a student, from September 1.
