Your room is bright, spacious and has a good view to the curch, as it has two windows (north and west directions)
The white IKEA wardrobe and the beige sofa in the room are both in good condition. The requirement for a candidate is taking over both of them for 100€.
Apart from your room, you can use the living room. This room has a shared sofa and freezer. In this room you can use for office working, chilling or hosting a friend on the sofa overnight (quite comfy).
The flat has a perfect location. It is located nearby Große Kirche, very convenient to reach the bus stop (Große Kirche) and the city center by foot (2 min).
Grocery shopping: Netto in Columbus center, Rossmann in city center. A bit further: Edeka, Aldi, Netto, Rossmann, Lidl and DM on Elbestraße.
For a short walk, I really like walking along the river Geeste. On this route you can also pass by the navy school and walk to the Bürger Park, to make it a longer walk ;)
Usually I like to combine having a walk along the Geeste and go grocery shopping on Elbestraße.
The WG life is quiet, chilled, cozy and respectful. Instead of partying, we more like good deep conversation about different things in life over a glass of wine or beer ;)
You are going to share this beautiful flat with Lilian (28), who is working full time. She is mostly busy with work during the week. Yet she also likes to update each others lives a bit while cooking and eating at the kitchen. Lilian is a passionate traveler, who loves explore new places and the local foods. She is also an enthusiastic tea drinker and a seafood lover. With her you can have abundant topics range from natural science to masterchef. Sometimes when the atmosphere is right, she is also up for some random together actions: go to weekend market together, go grap an ice cream or go on a small bike tour.
Surely everyone also feels comfortable to stay in one’s room, when there’s no social battery left after a long day. ;)
There is no cleaning plan, but the flat is mostly quite tidy and clean, as we like to clean/tidy up the used space right away for the next person. On the weekends we usually take turns to do cleaning and taking out the trash.
Lilian would appreciate a flatmate who has a similar quiet lifestyle. Therefore we welcome working ladies or those who are doing internships or writing thesis at AWI, Fraunhofer or Thunen institutes, etc. Lilian speaks mostly English and some German, so she hopes her flatmate can also speak both English and German for handling WG things together.
