Hey :) I’m looking for a new tenant for this 24sqm room in a beautiful shared apartment of 4. It has an oriel with four large windows that give the room a lot of light and high ceilings with stucco. The room is fully furnished: wardrobe, bed, desk and desk chair (I’ll take the other furniture with me).
The flat has two bathrooms and a single toilet. In each bathroom there is a shower, washbasin, mirrored cabinet and a washing machine, and in one of them there is an additional toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishes, pots, pans, etc.) and has a dishwasher. There is also enough storage space for everyone.
Hey :) ich suche nach einem Nachmieter/einer Nachmieterin für dieses 24 m^2 große Zimmer in einer netten 4er WG.
Es hat einen Erker mit vier großen Fenstern, die dem Raum viel Licht geben, sowie hohe Decken mit Stuck.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl), die restlichen Möbel auf den Fotos nehme ich mit.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder sowie noch ein einzelnes WC. In jedem der Bäder befindet sich jeweils eine Dusche, Waschbecken, Spiegelschrank und Waschmaschine sowie in einem noch ein weiteres WC.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, etc.) und hat eine Spülmaschine. Zudem ist auch genug Stauraum für jeden vorhanden.
The flat is in perfect proximity to the medical university (only a 7min walk!), to the next mall you walk about 3min. It has a supermarket, a cinema, restaurants and all kinds of shops and services. The Student Island is about 10 minutes away by tram, where you can meet up with other students for a drink in the evening. You can also get to the city centre very quickly by bike or tram.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Nähe zur Medizinischen Uni (nur 7min zu Fuß!), zur nächsten Mall läuft man 3min. Darin befinden sich ein Supermarkt, ein Kino, Restaurants, aber auch allerlei Läden und Dienstleistungen. Zur Student Island sind es etwa 10min mit der Bahn, wo man sich abends mit den anderen Studis auf ein Bierchen treffen kann.
Auch ins Zentrum der Stadt kommt man mit dem Fahrrad oder der Straßenbahn sehr schnell.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist kaum zu toppen!
Three German students (2males & 1female) currently live in the flat who all study at the Wrocław Medical University and are looking forward to having a new flatmate.
A cleaner comes once a week to clean the shared parts of the flat.

In der WG leben zwei deutsche Medizinstudenten sowie eine deutsche Medizinstudentin, die alle drei an der Wrocław Medical University studieren und sich auf eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in freuen.
Einmal in der Woche kommt eine Reinigungskraft, die die gemeinsam genutzten Teile der Wohnung reinigt.
