Quiet and bright room in a lovely village. Fully furnitured with access to kitchen, bathroom, second toilet and big garden.
Of course there is a washingmachine and dishwasher. A charwomen will clean the house once a week excluded your private room.
Two curious cats are walking in and out.
Internet is sometimes slow, as usual in germany.
If you like, there will be towels and bedclothes, too.
Minimum rent is four weeks, as many tenants use this low-cost-room as steppingstone to an accommodation closer to their new work or university.
Maximum rent is six months. If it all works out well, longer, if required.
Quiet at the edge of the village, trains to Karlsruhe and Heilbronn are at least twice an hour and will take about 40-45 minutes there.
I am the owner of the house, working all day and prefer a calm and friendly living-together.
Second tenant is a young afghanian lerner, gentle and helpful.
