Das Zimmer ist möbliert, sehr hell und geräumig, mit hoher Decke und Holzdielen. Küche und Badezimmer können mitbenutzt werden, es gibt außerdem einen großen Speicher und Garten. Gesucht wird eine nette Person für ein unkompliziertes Zusammenleben. Wochenendheimfahrer bevorzugt!
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und nur 15 Gehminuten von diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie vom Bahnhof Bruckmühl entfernt. Damit hat man seine Ruhe, ist aber auch gut an ÖNV angebunden und schnell in Rosenheim/ München. Ebensfalls nah sind die Schulen von Bruckmühl und Bad Aibling.
Ich bin 63 und arbeite in Bruckmühl, in der Freizeit male ich gerne und und gehe ins Kino. Das Zimmer wurde schon öfter jeweils an ReferendarInnen vermietet, dies hat sehr gut funktioniert.
