Das Zimmer ist hell, sonnig und sehr ruhig. Es ist moebliert. Ein Schreibtisch wird bei Bedarf ergaenzt. Es ist Teil einer gemuetlichen Altbauwohnung (Baujahr 1930-er Jahre) von 75 m2. Das Fenster des Zimmers geht in einen weiten Hinterhof mit Baeumen.
Kueche, Bad und WC werden mit der Mitbewohnerin geteilt.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in einem schoenen, sicheren, sehr internationalen Umfeld nahe beim Jubelpark. Die EU Einrichtungen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Naehe ( per Fuss 15 Minuten, und mit Bussen/ U-Bahn in 10 Min von Tuer zu Tuer). Die Infrastruktur ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut ( Anschluss an oeffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Bahn, Flughafen, ins Gruene, sehr gute Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten, Restaurants/ Cafes/Kultureinrichtungen, Aerzte).
Es wird voraussichtlich eine zweite Mitbewohnerin geben, welche das zweite Zimmer bewohnen wird.
Das Zimmer kann fuer einen bis max. sechs Monate gemietet werden.
Noch dieses Jahr wird eine doppelte Verglasung in der Kueche kommen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es bereits eine doppelte Verglasung.
Die Kosten für Gas, Strom, Wasser, sind eine Anzahlung und werden beim Auszug abgerechnet.
